  1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

You may return any Kssandals products for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the sandals must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. We understand that you may want to try on the sandals to check the fit, but please avoid any signs of wear (such as scuffs on the soles, stains, or damage to the straps) as this will invalidate the return eligibility.

Custom or personalized Kssandals products are not eligible for return or refund, unless they are defective or do not match the customization requirements you specified at the time of purchase.

  1. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at support@kssandals.us or through the “Returns” section on our official website, providing your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if applicable, such as defective items).
  2. Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a return authorization (RA) number along with the designated return address.
  3. Package the sandals securely, include the RA number inside the package, and ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, wrong style sent).
  4. Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect the product to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria. This inspection typically takes 1-2 business days.
  5. Refund Processing

After we confirm that your returned product is eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times (usually 3-5 business days), which is beyond our control.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our error or a product defect. If you received a free shipping promotion on your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount if the return results in a full order cancellation.

  1. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your Kssandals for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability), please follow the same return initiation process and indicate “Exchange” in your return request. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you free of charge (for standard shipping). If the new item has a higher price, you will be asked to pay the difference before shipping; if it has a lower price, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If you receive a defective Kssandals product (e.g., broken straps, faulty soles, manufacturing defects) or the wrong item (size, color, style), please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a free return and either issue a full refund, send a replacement product, or process an exchange at no additional cost to you.
